Due to the unpredictability of COVID 19 and the changing Governmental Recommendations to help control the spread of COVID 19, courses are subject to cancellation at any time. Any student that can not attend a course reservation after 3/19/2020 due to COVID 19 restrictions will receive credit to take a course at a later date when COVID 19 Governmental Recommendations allow course attendance.
No-Show – In-person Courses:
If you do not show up to a class there is no option for a refund, course roll-over, or crediting of course registration fees. This does not apply if an instructor cancels a class; see below for the policy when an instructor cancels class.
Changes & Cancellations – In-person Courses:
Courses purchased more than 7 days prior to the course schedule date are subject to a 100% refund if written notice is given by 12:00 pm CST no more than 2 days after purchase to registration@ZOTApro.com. All course purchases within 7 days of the course schedule date are final and not subject to a refund. Requests for a refund can be made by written notice by 12:00 pm CST up to 7 days prior to the course purchased. All registrations refunded by 12:00 pm CST up to 7 days prior to the course are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Registrants will not receive a refund if written notice is not sent to registration@ZOTApro.com by 12:00 pm CST at least 7 days prior to the course.
ZOTA Professional Training is not responsible for ensuring registrant eligibility for any course. In the event that a registrant purchases a seat in the course but is unable to attend or complete the course due to ineligibility for any reason, the registrant will not be eligible for any refund.
In the event that a ZOTA Professional Training Network partner cancels a course, they will be responsible for reaching out to registrants to offer attendance at a course rescheduled for a later date. Registrants that do not accept attending a later course date are eligible to receive a 100% refund. By submitting payment you agree to these Terms.

ZOTA Professional Training reserves the right to change instructors without providing notice to you. No section of these Terms will be affected by a change of instructor, nor will refunds be granted in the event of a change of instructor. We do, however, reserve the right to reschedule courses under extenuating circumstances. In the event of a rescheduled course, we will provide you with alternative dates to transfer into.

All forms and necessary paperwork can be easily printed and used whenever and wherever needed. You are able to download the full document anytime. The greatest part is, we continually update the organizer as new recordkeeping documents are required.
